- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 Tablespoons butter , at room temperature
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
