  • Beat the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Using a spatula, fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Add the crushed cookies.
  • Transfer the ice cream mixture to a loaf pan. Top with more cookies, if desired.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze 8 hours to overnight.
