- 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 large mango peeled, pitted and chopped, about 1 1/2 cups
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 6 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
