Grilled Pineapple slices are brushed with a buttery orange glaze with a hint of cinnamon and grilled to sweet perfection. A delicious side dish or top pineapple slices with ice cream for a sweet dessert.
In microwave-safe dish, combine marmalade, butter and cinnamon. Microwave, in 30 second intervals, until butter is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring after each interval.
Brush one side of pineapple slices with some of the glazing mixture.
Grill the pineapple, glazed side down, until grill marks appear, about 3-5 minutes. Brush the tops of the pineapple slices with more of the glaze, turn, and continue grilling until heated through, about 3 minutes.
Remove from grill. Brush with any remaining glaze and sprinkle with fresh mint.
