Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package (10 ounces) baby bella mushrooms , quartered
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper until vegetables are tender and mushrooms have released their liquid, about 8 minutes.
  • Add wine and cook 1 minute, stirring any brown bits.
  • Stir in butter and garlic and cook until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
