  • Place the pickle slices in a single layer on paper towels. Top with additional paper towels and press gently until the liquid is absorbed. Discard the paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, chili powder, smoked paprika and garlic powder.
  • In another bowl beat the eggs with a fork until blended.
  • Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Toss the pickles in the flour mixture until lightly coated. Then dip them in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Spray the air-fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray and arrange the pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket leaving space between the slices. You will need to do this in two batches.
  • Spray the tops of the pickles with olive oil spray and cook at 350F for 10 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway.
  • Serve the pickle chips with your favorite dipping sauce.
