Place the pickle slices in a single layer on paper towels. Top with additional paper towels and press gently until the liquid is absorbed. Discard the paper towels.
In a bowl, combine the flour, chili powder, smoked paprika and garlic powder.
In another bowl beat the eggs with a fork until blended.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Toss the pickles in the flour mixture until lightly coated. Then dip them in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs to coat.
Spray the air-fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray and arrange the pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket leaving space between the slices. You will need to do this in two batches.
Spray the tops of the pickles with olive oil spray and cook at 350F for 10 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway.
Serve the pickle chips with your favorite dipping sauce.
