Cold Brew Coffee
- 12 ounces cold brew coffee
Pumpkin Sweet Cream Foam (makes 3/4 cup foam)
In a tall glass measuring cup or a bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Using a frother or whisk, whip until a frothy foam forms.
Cold Brew Coffee
Place ice in two glasses. Add 6 ounces of cold brew coffee to each glass.
Top each cold brew with half of the pumpkin sweet cream.
If desired, sprinkle the cold foam with additional pumpkin spice or with ground cinnamon.
