Ingredients

Pumpkin Sweet Cream Foam (makes 3/4 cup foam)

Cold Brew Coffee

  • 12 ounces cold brew coffee

Instructions

Pumpkin Sweet Cream Foam (makes 3/4 cup foam)

  • In a tall glass measuring cup or a bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Using a frother or whisk, whip until a frothy foam forms.

Cold Brew Coffee

  • Place ice in two glasses. Add 6 ounces of cold brew coffee to each glass.
  • Top each cold brew with half of the pumpkin sweet cream.
  • If desired, sprinkle the cold foam with additional pumpkin spice or with ground cinnamon.
