Pimento Cheese Bacon Burgers

Bits of bacon flavor ground beef burgers and creamy pimento cheese is the crowning glory on top of Burgers With Pimento Cheese. A taste of the south is in every bite of these homemade burgers.

Instructions

  • Preheat grill for direct heat grilling.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked chopped bacon, cracked black pepper and garlic powder.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 4 patties and grill until desired doneness, turning once. Burgers will be medium rare when a meat thermometer registers 145F.
  • Brush flat sides of rolls with some of the pimento cheese.
  • Arrange the roll bottoms on serving platter. Top each with a lettuce leaf, slice of tomato, bacon burger, cooked bacon slice, some pimento cheese and roll tops.
  • Serve with any remaining pimento cheese.
