Blueberry Biscuits

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large baking sheet with low sides with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, 4 Tablespoons granulated sugar, baking powder and kosher salt.
In another bowl combine egg, grated butter, sour cream, 4 Tablespoons milk and lemon zest.
Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in blueberries.
Using a scooper or large spoon, drop biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet, making 12 biscuits.
Brush the tops of the biscuits with the remaining 1 Tablespoon milk and sprinkle with the remaining 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar.
Bake until golden, about 25 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
