Peppermint Oreos

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and microwave in additional 10 second intervals until smooth and melted, stirring after each interval.
  • Dip each oreo cookie halfway into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off the cookie.
  • Place the cookie on the parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with the crushed peppermint candy.
  • Allow the chocolate to set for at least 30 minutes.
