Our Easy Gluten Free Quinoa Gravy recipe is made with quinoa flour, broth, seasonings and drippings from your roasted beef, chicken or turkey. An easy recipe to make and a delicious quinoa flour gravy!
Whisk broth, quinoa flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth.
*Add 1/2 cup drippings from your roasting pan. If you have less than 1/2 cup in your roasting pan then just add however much you have. The drippings are what gives this gravy it's depth of flavor!
Makes about 3 1/2 cups gravy.
