Our Easy Gluten Free Quinoa Gravy recipe is made with quinoa flour, broth, seasonings and drippings from your roasted beef, chicken or turkey. An easy recipe to make and a delicious quinoa flour gravy!

  • 3 cups beef broth or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flour
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup drippings from roasted beef , chicken or turkey*
  1. Whisk broth, quinoa flour, garlic powder and pepper until smooth.

  2. Stir in drippings and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Simmer until hot and thickened.
Recipe Notes

*Add 1/2 cup drippings from your roasting pan. If you have less than 1/2 cup in your roasting pan then just add however much you have. The drippings are what gives this gravy it's depth of flavor!
Makes about 3 1/2 cups gravy.
