- 8 ounces cavatappi pasta (corkscrew-shaped)
- 3 cups water
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
- 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
- 4 ounces ready to eat pepperoni slices , about 1 cup, quartered
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In large skillet with tall sides, preferably non-stick, combine pasta, water, diced tomatoes with their juices, pizza sauce and pepperoni. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Boil 12-14 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
