Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as flat leaf parsley, chives and tarragon
  • 3 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  • In blender combine sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh herbs, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest and kosher salt and puree until blended.

Makes 1 1/2 cups/2 Tablespoons per serving
