- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as flat leaf parsley, chives and tarragon
- 3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
In blender combine sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh herbs, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest and kosher salt and puree until blended.
Makes 1 1/2 cups/2 Tablespoons per serving
