Pasta and Vodka Sauce with Prosciutto and Peas is a twist on the traditional recipe. Jarred marinara sauce is the base for this pasta recipe with a creamy tomato sauce.
At some point in time every cook makes the traditional standard Penne alla Vodka. Now it's time for you to wow everyone with this twist on the all-time favorite!

From now on they'll be asking for your Pasta Shells alla Vodka with Prosciutto & Peas as their new favorite!
The shell pasta catches the sauce so every bite is an explosion of Vodka Sauce and the prosciutto lends its amazing salty meaty flavor to the dish.
Oh yes, get your taste buds ready because this pasta with vodka sauce is going to be fabulously delicious!
To make things easy, I used a jarred marinara sauce. Adding cream and vodka will elevate your favorite store-bought pasta sauce.

Recipe Tips
- Shell pasta catches the sauce, peas and prosciutto pieces in its nooks and crannies, making it my favorite shape for this recipe
Substitutions
- If prepackaged chopped prosciutto isn't available in your grocery store just ask your deli man to cut you a 7-ounce piece of prosciutto, then chop it into 1/4-inch pieces and you're all set!
