  • Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, with the whip attachment, beat the honey at medium to medium-high speed until it has thickened, turned light in color and is a creamy consistency. This can take a minimum of five minutes or up to as long as twenty minutes, depending on the quality of the honey you use.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
