- 4 cups watermelon
- 3 Tablespoons Lime juice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Cup sparkling water or still water
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a blender combine the watermelon, sugar and lime juice. If using still water you can put it in the blender at this point.
Puree until blended.
Pour into serving glasses. If using sparkling water, add it to each glass at this point.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and watermelon slices.
