  • Preheat your grill for direct heat grilling. Oil your grill grates if desired.
  • In bowl combine ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, basil, garlic, kosher salt and pepper and shape into 6 patties.
  • Grill, turning once, until cooked through or until a meat thermometer reads 165F.
  • Serve on hamburger buns, with ketchup, if desired.
