- 2 everything bagels
- 6 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- ½ cup loosely packed watercress

Slice the bagels in half horizontally and toast until golden.
Spread the cream cheese on the cut sides of the bagel halves and place salmon on top of the cream cheese.
Add red onion, tomato and watercress on top of one half of each bagel and top with the remaining bagel half.
