Smoked Salmon and Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 everything bagels
  • 6 Tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • ½ cup loosely packed watercress

Instructions

  • Slice the bagels in half horizontally and toast until golden.
  • Spread the cream cheese on the cut sides of the bagel halves and place salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  • Add red onion, tomato and watercress on top of one half of each bagel and top with the remaining bagel half.
