Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 12 large eggs

Instructions

  • Place 2 cups water in your instant pot.
  • Place a wire rack, trivet or steamer basket in instant pot.
  • Arrange eggs on wire rack and close lid
  • Using manual setting, set for 5 minutes at high pressure.
  • Meanwhile, prepare a bowl of water with ice and set aside.
  • Release pressure and transfer eggs to prepared ice bath (your bowl of water with ice).
  • Once cooled, peel and enjoy!

Notes

For extra large eggs, set for 7 minutes at high pressure.
Prefer soft boiled eggs? Reduce time by 3 minutes.
