Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice and garlic. Refrigerate until ready to use.

To Make Full Size Hamburgers: If you prefer a full size hamburger instead of sliders, just shape the ground beef mixture into four large patties. Since your burgers will be larger than the sliders, you will have to add additional time when grilling your full size burgers. Grill 4 minutes, turn, top each burger with 1 slice cheddar cheese and cook until cheese is melted and burger is desired doneness. Oh, and be sure to buy full size hamburger rolls instead of slider buns!
