Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 limes juiced
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 6 glazed cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave syrup in a blender and process until thoroughly blended.
  • Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with the glazed cherries.

Notes

This recipe makes 2 servings, about 1 1/3 cups per serving, and can be easily doubled to make 4 servings.
