Pico de Gallo Recipe

It only takes a few basic ingredients and a just a couple of minutes to make your own homemade Pico de Gallo. And we all know that homemade is always best!

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes chopped, about 2 cups
  • 1 yellow onion chopped, about ½ cup
  • 2 medium jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, kosher salt and pepper, stirring until combined.
  • Serve with chips, on tacos or burgers.
  • Store in an airtight container, such as a mason jar, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
