  • Divide the oats evenly between the two mason jars.
  • Add flaxseed, cinnamon and kosher salt, dividing evenly between both jars.
  • Combine the milk,maple syrup and vanilla and pour over the oats, dividing evenly.
  • Seal the lids and shake to combine. You can also stir and then put the lid on, if you prefer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 8 hours-overnight.
  • Stir, top with your favorite berries and enjoy!
