Leftover Meatloaf Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 slices leftover meatloaf
  • 4 slices bread
  • 6 Tablespoons Big Mac sauce
  • 4 lettuce leaves thinly sliced
  • 1 plum tomato sliced
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 pickle slices

Instructions

  • Place two slices of bread on a cutting board and spread some of the sauce over the top side of each slice of bread.
  • Top with meatloaf, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Spread the remaining sauce on one side of each of the two remaining bread slices.
  • Top with pickles and place, pickle side down on top of the tomatoes to form a sandwich.
  • Slice each sandwich in half and enjoy!
