Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped pickled jalapeno
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and minced, 2 Tablespoons
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until blended and smooth.
  • Stir in the pickled jalapenos, minced jalapeno, scallions, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest and garlic powder until blended.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Makes 2 cups dip.
