- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped pickled jalapeno
- 2 jalapenos seeded and minced, 2 Tablespoons
- 2 Tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon lime zest
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
