Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with shallow sides with aluminum foil, preferably a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  • Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer on the prepared pan.
  • Place the bacon in the oven and set the oven temperature to 425F.
  • Cook the bacon for 25 minutes for crispy bacon.
  • Transfer the strips of bacon onto a paper towel and let drain.
  • For easy cleanup let the bacon fat cool and then roll up the foil and discard.
