  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, whisking until blended.
  • Store in an airtight container or mason jar.

Recommended usages
Ramen noodles:
  • When making homemade ramen the ratio is 2 cups water to 1 tablespoon seasoning
  • Bring two cups water to a boil
  • Add in dried ramen noodles
  • Cook based on the instructions on the package, usually 2-3 minutes
  • Remove the noodles from the heat and stir in 1 Tablespoon seasoning blend.
  • Mix well and serve with your favorite garnish.
Short-cut pasta:
To make ramen seasoning with your favorite short-cut pasta:
  • Bring 2 cups water to a boil
  • Add 3/4 cup, or 3 ounces, uncooked short-cut pasta and cook according to the package directions for the pasta
  • Remove the pasta from the heat and stir in 1 Tablespoon seasoning blend.
  • Mix well and serve with your favorite garnish.
