Notes

Swirls Of Flavor Recipe Tips
  • Adobo sauce comes in a can with chipotle peppers. Just scoop the sauce out of a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
  • Make sure to use real mayonnaise for the Chipotle mayo sauce. I do not recommend using Miracle Whip because Miracle Whip is sweetened and it will alter the taste of the chipotle mayo. Real mayonnaise works best in this recipe.
  • If you want to amp up the flavor of the sauce, combine the chipotle sauce ingredients in a mini blender along with some adobo peppers until smooth. An immersion blender will work well also.
  • Try to opt for the smoked paprika. The deep, rich flavor it brings to the mayo is definitely worth picking some up.
  • You could always sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top to kick up the spice level a notch.
