Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
Slice the mushrooms in half lengthwise.
In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper, stirring until blended.
Add the mushrooms and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the basket of your air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook the mushrooms in batches.
Ari fry for 5 minutes, shake, and air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and cooked through.
Sprinkle with minced rosemary.
