Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Ground chicken and seasonings are shaped into mini burgers, coated in crunchy breadcrumbs, and topped with cheese and sauce. Chicken Parmesan Sliders are a fun way to savor all the flavors of traditional chicken parmesan.

Preheat oven to 375F. Generously coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In bowl combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper. Shape into 12 patties.
Roll the sliders in the panko breadcrumbs, evenly coating all sides. Arrange on the prepared pan.
Spray the tops of the sliders with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 10 minutes. Turn; top with cheese and sauce. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through, the cheese is melted and the sauce is hot.
Serve on mini potato rolls.
Makes 12 sliders.

- You can make the chicken hamburgers ahead and reheat them in a 225F oven and then place them on the rolls to serve.
- This recipe will serve 4 as a main dish and will serve 12 when served as an appetizer
