- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa , divided
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 8 small colorful peppers sliced crosswise
- 1 cup grape tomatoes quartered
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 12 hard taco shells
- 12 soft taco size tortillas
In a large nonstick skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
Stir in taco seasoning, 1 cup salsa and ¼ cup water and simmer until heated through.
Transfer the ground beef taco filling to a bowl and place on your board.
Arrange the remaining ingredients directly on your board and in bowls.
