- 1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese , at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups chopped fresh kale , about 2 ounces
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese , divided
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 1 Tbs. beef bouillon granules
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh chives
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, kale, 1/2 cup cheddar, dried minced onion, beef bouillon granules and garlic until blended.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a 3-cup baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar.
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
Top with chives and serve with your favorite dippers!
Makes about 3 cups.

- You can substitute spinach for the kale
- You can substitute sliced scallions for the chopped chives
