DIY Ice Cream Sundae Bar

A DIY Ice Cream Sundae Bar with Rainbow Dipped Waffle Cups! Waffle cups dipped in melted chocolate then rainbow sprinkles make a fun edible bowl for your sundae!

Instructions

  • Dip rims of waffle bowls in melted white chocolate*, then in rainbow sprinkles.
  • Let stand until white chocolate has set. You can place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes to speed up the process.
  • Place two scoops of ice cream in each waffle bowl. See notes below for easy serving suggestion!
  • Top with our suggested toppings or your favorite toppings!

Notes

*If melted white chocolate is too thick, stir in 1 teaspoon oil until blended.
Ice Cream Serving Suggestion: To make serving easier, you can pre-scoop the ice cream. Using an ice cream scooper, just scoop out the ice cream and place the scoops on a baking sheet. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve. Then you can place scoops of ice cream in your waffle cups and your guests can get to work topping with their favorite toppings!
