
Berry Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen or fresh assorted berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and/or blackberries*
1/4 cup almond milk
1 Tbs. honey
Toppings:
granola
dried gogi berries or dried cranberries
toasted sliced almonds
additional berries
chia seeds
additional honey, optional
1. Puree yogurt, berries, almond milk and honey in blender until smooth.
2. Transfer to bowl**and top with granola, gogi berries, almonds, additional berries and chia seeds. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired.
Makes 2 cups smoothie mixture + toppings
*Frozen berries will make your smoothie bowl thicker than fresh berries!
**You can also transfer to a travel cup for an on-the-go nutritional breakfast! Just remember the spoon!
