BLT Sliders Recipe

BLT Sliders are a fun way to serve the classic BLT. Crisp bacon, juicy tomatoes, creamy mayonnaise and crunchy lettuce combine on toasted slider buns for a delicious appetizer, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices cooked thick bacon halved
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Roma tomatoes each cut into 6 slices
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 pieces kale optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Slice the sliders horizontal to separate the tops and bottoms. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and bake until toasted, about 5 minutes.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on the flat sides of the slider roll tops.
  • Place one slice of tomato on each bottom bun.
  • Add two slices of bacon, side-by-side, on top of each tomato slice.
  • Top with shredded lettuce and the top rolls, mayonnaise side down.
  • Garnish each slider with a cherry tomato and a piece of kale using a toothpick to secure.
