Homemade Lemon Oregano Vinaigrette

Your salad will be filled with the flavors of the Mediterranean when you make our Lemon Herb Vinaigrette. An easy salad dressing recipe with tangy lemon, freshoregano leaves and garlic will brighten up your favorite greens. Drizzle this Greek vinaigrette over cooked chicken, beef or fish and even use as a marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Instructions

  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic, sugar, kosher salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until blended.
  • Transfer the salad dressing to an airtight container or a mason jar and refrigerate up to 1 week.
