Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries, divided
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup superfine sugar
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle rose wine , such as Barefoot Rose
  • 1 cup vodka
  • ¼ cup raspberry liqueur, such as Chambord
  • 3 cups raspberry seltzer
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine 1 cup raspberries, basil, superfine sugar and lime juice in pitcher. Using a wooden spoon, muddle until combined.
  • Add rose wine, vodka and raspberry liqueur. Refrigerate at least 2 hours so flavors develop.
  • Add raspberry seltzer, lime slices and remaining 1 cup raspberries. Serve over ice.
