Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk together until blended.
Place the bread slices in the egg mixture, in batches. Allow bread to soak for at least 1 minute on each side, turning once.
Place an air fryer liner, or parchment paper, on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Cook the French toast, in batches, arranging the slices of bread in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Cook for 6 minutes, turn, and cook an additional 4 minutes.
Serve warm with butter and maple syrup!
Also delicious when topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream!
