Pesto Dipping Sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 1 Tbs. milk
Finger Steaks
Pesto Dipping Sauce
  1. Combine sour cream, pesto and milk until blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Finger Steaks
  1. Slice cubed steaks into thin strips, about 1” wide.
  2. Combine panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper.
  3. Dip beef in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook finger steaks, in batches, until breadcrumb coating is golden and beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Drain finger steaks on paper towels. Discard remining oil.

  7. Serve steak fingers with Pesto Dipping Sauce.
