  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Toss bread cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper until bread cubes are evenly coated.
  • Arrange in single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden, about 15 minutes, turning once.
  • Let cool and then use to top salads and soups.
