  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Toss bread cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper until bread cubes are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange in single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes, turning once.

  5. Let cool and then use to top salads and soups.
