  • Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and flour an 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  • In bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar, kosher salt and garlic powder until blended.
  • Add milk, egg and melted butter and stir just until a wet dough forms.
  • Transfer to prepared pan.
  • Bake 55 minutes or until baked through and hollow when tapped.
  • Cool in pan 10 minutes. Transfer loaf to baking rack, loosening edges with a knife if necessary, and cool or eat warm if you can’t resist!
  • Cut into thick slices aand enjoy!
