White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a bowl; reserve.
  • Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until blended and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  • Gradually add reserved flour mixture until a cookie dough has formed.
  • Stir in chips and cranberries.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet, 2 inches apart
  • Sprinkle with gold sugar, if desired.
  • Bake until edges are golden, about 10 minutes.
  • Cook 3 minutes on baking sheet then transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
