Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 container (5.3 ounces) raspberry Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 nectarine
  • 3 Tbs. almond milk
  • 1 Tbs. honey

Toppings:

Instructions

Smoothie:

  • Puree frozen raspberries, yogurt, banana, nectarine, almond milk and honey in blender until smooth. Transfer to two bowls, dividing evenly.

Toppings:

  • Top each bowl with fresh raspberries, sliced banana, sliced nectarine, granola, flax seeds, almonds and coconut, dividing evenly between bowls. Drizzle with additional honey, if desired.

Notes

Makes 2 servings/2 cups smoothie mixture + toppings.
