- 8 ounces cream cheese , at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope (1.0 oz.) Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
- ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese , divided
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese , optional
- pretzel chips celery sticks and carrots or your favorite dippers
Preheat oven to 350F.
In an oven-safe baking dish, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning mix and hot sauce until smooth and blended.
Stir in chicken, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup shredded cheddar.
Top with remaining ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup shredded cheddar. If desired, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with pretzel chips, celery sticks and carrots or your favorite dippers.
Makes 4 cups dip.
Microwave Directions:
- In a microwave safe dish, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning mix and hot sauce until smooth blended.
- Stir in chicken, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup shredded cheddar.
- Microwave 2 minutes on high. Stir and top with remaining ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup shredded cheddar. If desired, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
- Microwave until cheese is melted and dip is heated through, about 1 minute.
