Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , at room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 envelope (1.0 oz.) Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese , divided
  • ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese , divided
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese , optional
  • pretzel chips celery sticks and carrots or your favorite dippers
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In an oven-safe baking dish, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning mix and hot sauce until smooth and blended.
  3. Stir in chicken, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup shredded cheddar.
  4. Top with remaining ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup shredded cheddar. If desired, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve with pretzel chips, celery sticks and carrots or your favorite dippers.
Recipe Notes

Makes 4 cups dip.

Microwave Directions:

  1. In a microwave safe dish, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning mix and hot sauce until smooth blended.
  2. Stir in chicken, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup shredded cheddar.
  3. Microwave 2 minutes on high. Stir and top with remaining ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup shredded cheddar. If desired, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
  4. Microwave until cheese is melted and dip is heated through, about 1 minute.
