One Pot Pepperoni Pizza Pasta is an easy recipe
for pasta that cooks together with pepperoni slices, pizza sauce and diced
tomatoes with a cheesy mozzarella topping! All the flavors of pepperoni pizza
in a bowl of pasta with just 5 ingredients + water!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cavatappi pasta (corkscrew-shaped)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
  • 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces ready to eat pepperoni slices , about 1 cup, quartered
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. In large skillet with tall sides, preferably non-stick, combine pasta, water, diced tomatoes with their juices, pizza sauce and pepperoni.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Boil 12-14 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese.
