White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Homemade White Balsamic Vinaigrette, my favorite year round vinaigrette, is sweet and tangy, compliments any salad and easy to make!
Combine all ingredients and whisk, or shake in a jar, until thoroughly blended.
Toss just enough with your favorite salad to lightly coat.
Refrigerate remaining vinaigrette for another time. Vinaigrette will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.
Makes 1 2/3 cups
Swirls of Flavor Recipe Tips
- Use country style Dijon mustard to add texture to your vinaigrette
- Add chopped fresh basil
- Don't have white balsamic vinegar? No worries! For every 1 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar you can substitute 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or cider vinegar plus 1/2 teaspoon sugar!
- Make this salad dressing with 1 clove of fresh garlic, minced, in place of the garlic powder
- Substitute honey for the sugar
