Guinness, brown sugar and horseradish mustard combine in your slow cooker and flavor your corned beef. Slow Cooker Corned Beef & Guinness Reduction cooks on it's own during the day for an easy Saint Patrick's Day dinner you can come home too!

  1. Place onion and garlic in slow cooker. Top with corned beef.
  2. Combine Guinness, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over corned beef.
  3. Cook 7-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Remove corned beef from slow cooker.

  4. Transfer liquid to saucepot. In small bowl, combine flour and 3 Tbs. cold water until smooth and blended and stir into saucepot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until slightly reduced and thickened, 5-7 minutes. Serve Guinness Reduction with corned beef.
