Mama-Mosa Bar

Our DIY Mimosa Bar will be the hit of your next get together. Everyone will love making their own mimosa with an assortment of fresh fruits, juices and sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • 4 bowls assorted fresh fruits , such as strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, pomegranate seeds and/or orange slices
  • 4 carafes assorted juices , such as orange, peach, pineapple, cran-raspberry and/or apple
  • 4 bottles Prosecco , sparkling juice and/or Pellegrino

Instructions

  • Arrange bowls of fruit and place "Select Your Fruit" sign with your assortment of fresh fruit.
  • Fill carafes with juices, label mini blackboard signs with flavors of juices you selected and place "Add Juice" sign with carafes. 
  • Place chilled Prosecco, sparkling juice and/or Pellegrino in tub filled with ice. Add "Top With Bubbly" sign with your bottles of bubbly.

Notes

  • You can add as many fresh fruits and juices as your heart desires! 
  • Amounts above are approximate so feel free to increase the bottles of bubbly!

Swirls of Flavor Recipe Tips

  • Add fresh mint sprigs
  • Serve ginger ale or lemon lime soda for another non-alcohol choice
  • Freeze juice in ice cube trays for a colorful addition to your cocktail
