Ingredients
  • 1 (15.5 ounces) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbs. cilantro leaves
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. chipotle chili powder
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with your favorite vegetable dippers.
