Instructions
Place the beef in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine salsa, tomato paste and taco seasoning and spread on the beef.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Using a fork, shred the beef.
Serve the beef over hot cooked pasta, rice, in enchiladas or tacos.
